Pasque offers a refined cuisine that explores the riches of each season in an elevated dining experience, located on the ground floor of Populus. The menu features an array of fresh plant-based ingredients complemented by proteins from both land and sea. The restaurant gets its name from the Pasque wildflower, an early-blooming flower native to Colorado.

What are Pasque's hours of operation?

Pasque serves breakfast daily from 7:00am to 11:00am, lunch from 11:00am to 2:00pm, a lounge menu from 2:00pm to 4:30pm, and dinner from 4:30pm to 9:00pm. Saturday and Sunday brunch runs from 7:00am to 2:00pm. The bar stays open until 10:00pm.

Yes. Pasque is available for private seated dinners and larger social receptions. The chef’s table and adjacent booths can be sectioned off for semi-private dinners for up to 34 guests. The Pasque Lounge also hosts smaller cocktail and dinner gatherings. Book Pasque privately.
