Join us for a live-fire, four-course dinner uniting Stellar Jay and Two Twelve, hosted at Populus Denver on May 7. Chefs Blaise Colamarino of Stellar Jay and Anthony Nelson of Two Twelve present a collaborative, family-style menu shaped by seasonality, regional sourcing, and the elemental craft of cooking over flame.

A portion of proceeds will benefit Mountain Roots Food Project, supporting local agriculture, food access, and community programs across the Western Slope.
