Populus is home to amenity-rich meeting spaces that feature dramatic design, bright light, and surrounding views. Designed for comfortable co-working, executive meetings, and gatherings of all kinds. Level 2 features five creatively designed areas that together can accommodate meetings up to 60 guests, and parties up to 120. 

Our 13th floor restaurant, Stellar Jay, features a vibrant dining room and bar, outdoor terrace, and private dining room, accommodating parties of up to 150 guests and up to 16 guests in the private dining room.

This space can be transformed to suit different meeting styles – from open collaboration to more intimate, closed-door discussions. With the ability to open double doors to the connecting Perch, guests can seamlessly transition from a formal boardroom-style meeting into a more casual living room-style gathering space.
