The menu features an array of fresh plant-based ingredients complemented by proteins from both land and sea. The restaurant gets its name from the Pasque wildflower, an early-blooming flower native to Colorado.

Stellar Jay offers a vibrant rooftop dining experience featuring live-fire cooking with shared plates amidst Colorado’s urban and mountain vistas. The nature-based menu honors ingredients cooked over the open flame and inspired by seasonal harvests. The name Stellar Jay is a playful nod to the charismatic bird, “Steller’s Jay”.
